CDMA stands for code division multiple access. WLL stands for wireless in local loop. WLL uses CDMA technology.

  1. Internet on FWT and its tariff

It is available only on FWT having data facility. It is available at present with a speed of 144 kbps @ Rs.250 pm. Another plan is also available @ Rs0.30 per minute. This facility can be taken by applying at the CSC.

  1. What is the tariff of pre paid data services

It is volume based charges @ Rs 0.02 per KB

  1. What is NIC and its tariff

NIC stands for network interface card. It is used as wireless internet with roaming facility within SDCA.  It is a USB device. The speed is 144 kbps @ Rs. 250 pm.

  1. What is EVDO and its tariff

EVDO stands for evolution data only. It is used as wireless broadband with roaming facility within SDCA and a speed of upto 2 Mbps. At present it is available only in Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot and Vadodara cities.

  1. What is PPA/SMPS

PPA stands for patch panel antenna. SMPS is the 12 V external battery used as a backup power for FWT.

  1. What facilities shall be provided in a prepaid FWT

STD/ISD and SMS facility will be provided to all the prepaid customers. For data facility customers needs to apply in the CSC.

  1. Where can I get the prepaid FWT and the sale price of it.

Customer needs to apply in the CSC. As soon as the customer pays the demand note FWT will be given to the customer. Following is the sale price.

Roaming is not allowed on CDMA at present. However SDCA roaming is allowed.
