It gives me immense pleasure to have a dialogue and sharing of information on this official website of Rajasthan Telecom Circle . It will prove a very useful tool in establishing a communication link between the BSNL and our esteemed customers.

Rajasthan Telecom Circle provides the communication services through 24 SSAs covering all 32 revenue districts of Rajasthan. The area served by the circle is 3,42,239 Sq. Km. having around 5.64 Crores population.

BSNL plays a vital role in establishing telecommunication Infrastructure in State of Rajasthan to meet requirement of people of our state. We have 15.63 lacs Land lines, 2.81 lacs WLL and 22.57 lacs GSM connections. The Broadband capacity is 1,48,888 and we have launched Broadband services in 208 Nos of cities and have 76078 connections.

We have very ambitious plan for expansion of mobile network during 08-09:

•         Expansion of GSM network by 12 lac lines.

•         Launch of 3G services in 37 cities.

•         All balance villages of more than 5000 population are planned to be covered & about 50% of more than 2000 population are planned to be covered

•         Left out Highways & rail routes are planned to be covered.

BSNL Rajasthan Circle has launched number of new plans in Mobile and Land line services. Customer can select and switch over to new plan as per their choice.

In order to serve you better BSNL has decided to declare year 2008 as ‘Customer Care Year’. In this direction we have started a call centre where customers can get information about all services of BSNL, bill information and can register their complaint etc. One can access the call centre for landline services by dialing 1500 (from land line) or 0141-1500 (from mobile) and 9414024365 for cellular services. BSNL’s main strength is Transparency, Accessibility, Reliability in billing and country wide network.

More over, it is the faith of our esteemed customer shown in BSNL by their over whelming response to our services, particularly Broadband services which has given us strength and confidence to serve you better and better.
